The 2020 COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way courts hear and determine cases around the world from the introduction of targeted lists focussed on domestic and family violence to online hearings to respect the need for social distancing, while at the same time delivering a minimum level of service in cases where postponement would have particularly harmful implications.

The pandemic has required a new way of thinking, a re-imagining of access to justice. It has presented opportunities as well as significant challenges to delivering justice.

Join us for a webinar on Thursday 30 July 2020 to hear the experiences of two Heads of Jurisdictions and the CEO of the UK Courts and Tribunals and how they have responded to this ever changing and challenging environment. Other speakers will explain how they continue with their work in a different and challenging environment.
